SAVOY TENANTS' CODE OF ETHICS
Welcome to the Tenants' Code of Ethics page — a space dedicated to strengthening community living at Savoy Park from the inside out. While much of our work focuses on holding management accountable, we also recognize that building a better living environment starts with us. Led by two incredible tenant leaders, Chinue and Venice, the Code of Ethics committee is hosting ongoing brainstorming sessions to create a shared set of community guidelines. This initiative addresses everyday quality of life issues — like littering, laundry room use, smoking in common areas, stairwell loitering, and pet cleanliness — through open dialogue, shared values, and mutual respect. This is more than a list of do’s and don’ts — it’s about fellowship, accountability, and pride in our shared space. All tenants are invited to join the conversation and help shape what respectful community living looks like at Savoy Park. Because as we like to say: "If you're not sitting at the table, you're on the menu!"
