SAVOY TENANTS' CODE OF ETHICS 

Welcome to the Tenants' Code of Ethics page — a space dedicated to strengthening community living at Savoy Park from the inside out. While much of our work focuses on holding management accountable, we also recognize that building a better living environment starts with us. Led by two incredible tenant leaders, Chinue and Venice, the Code of Ethics committee has created a shared set of community guidelines. This initiative addresses everyday quality of life issues — like littering, laundry room use, smoking in common areas, stairwell loitering, and pet cleanliness — through open dialogue, shared values, and mutual respect. This is more than a list of do’s and don’ts — it’s about fellowship, accountability, and pride in our shared space.
