3 SIMPLE STEPS FOR REPORTING ISSUES
Welcome to the Reporting Guidelines page — your resource for how to properly report maintenance issues and unsafe conditions at Savoy Park. Prompt and consistent reporting helps document problems and build a case for collective action when needed. Clear, consistent reporting helps strengthen our efforts and ensure our voices are heard.

General Resources For Your Building
Curious about what is going on with your building in relation to complaints, violations, and permits? Below find two websites from two separate NYC government departments you may find helpful.

Both websites have similar information. However, the Department of Buildings (DOB) website has a bit more detailed information (elevator inspections, boiler, civil penalties, permits etc.) compared to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) website that is a bit more user friendly.

The NYC uses a lot of acronyms on the reports. These glossaries may be helpful to navigate through the sites: Glossary Link
