Submit a maintenance request to Rent Cafe.
Be sure to make note of your “REQUEST NUMBER”.
Report to NYC 311
If NO response from Fairstead Management within a reasonable amount of time - report to NYC 311. Make note of your “SR NUMBER”.
SPTU Data Collection Form
Record your issue submissions to the SPTU Data Collection Form. EACH ISSUE NEEDS IT’S OWN ENTRY.
